Know the Rules Before You Play

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "09bad", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at https://09bad.io and all associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, and services connected thereto.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, deposits funds into, or places a wager on the 09bad platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process, through which all betting, casino play, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer, which is subject to the wagering and withdrawal conditions specified in the relevant promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or any other product available through the 09bad platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole operating currency of the 09bad platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all platform operations, settlement times, and support hours.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.

References to any statute, regulation, or legal instrument include all amendments and successor legislation. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account on 09bad, you must:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online betting services is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not already hold an existing Account on the 09bad platform. Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number.
• Not be accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of a current employee or contractor of 09bad or any of its affiliated technology or games providers.

09bad reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a contract of employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture between the Player and 09bad.

Account Management

Each Player is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by the Player. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party.

You must notify 09bad immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 09bad will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

09bad may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, temporarily or permanently suspend an Account if it reasonably believes that:

• The Account is being used to facilitate fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• The Account has been accessed from an IP address or device associated with known fraudulent behaviour.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC and has not remedied the situation following a request from 09bad.
• The Account balance is the subject of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated by the Player or their payment provider.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting 09bad support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 09bad platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits or make withdrawals in any currency other than BDT.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other payment channels listed in the Cashier section of your Account. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time in the vast majority of cases; where a delay occurs due to network or payment provider issues, it will not exceed one (1) business day.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by 09bad within one (1) business day from the time the request is submitted, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 09bad does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 09bad bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where:

• The Player has not completed the required KYC documentation to the satisfaction of the 09bad compliance team.
• The withdrawal request is under review as part of a fraud investigation or an anti-money-laundering check.
• The Account Balance includes Bonus Funds that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at the time of the withdrawal request. In such cases, only the real-money portion of the Balance that exceeds the restricted Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• The Player has initiated a payment dispute or chargeback with their payment provider in relation to any prior deposit.

09bad reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process to verify the source of funds and to satisfy its anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.

Betting Rules & Casino Play

All sports betting markets and casino games available on the 09bad platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game, as displayed within the platform interface at the time the Wager is placed. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail in relation to the outcome of that specific Wager.

General betting rules that apply across all markets include the following:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. A confirmed Wager may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player except where an in-play "Cash Out" feature is available for that specific market and the Player elects to use it prior to settlement.
• Odds displayed at the time a Wager is placed are the odds at which the Wager is accepted. Subsequent changes to the market odds do not affect already-confirmed Wagers.
• 09bad reserves the right to void any Wager where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the event to which the Wager relates is subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing or corruption, or where the Wager was placed in a manner that exploits a technical error in the platform.
• Live in-play markets are subject to brief suspension and re-opening as events develop. 09bad cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any live market and accepts no liability for losses arising from market suspensions during live events.
• For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, IPL, and T20 World Cup events — settlement will be based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned or ruled no-result, affected Wagers will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino games available through the 09bad Casino, including live dealer tables supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slot titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers, are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. Random number generators used in virtual games are independently certified for fairness.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 09bad will make promotional offers available to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or IPL. Each promotion will have specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds, and expiry dates — which will be published alongside the promotion.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagers placed on certain game types or markets may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at the same time.
• 09bad reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn after a Player has already activated it, the Player's Bonus Funds and progress toward the wagering requirement will be honoured at the time of withdrawal, up to the point of cancellation.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using multiple accounts, collusion between players, or any other method to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09bad platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place Wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with a Wager placed on 09bad.
• Using the 09bad platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 09bad platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 09bad staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing Account credentials with another person or accessing the Account of another player without their express consent.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 09bad platform — including but not limited to the 09bad brand name, logo, software, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, odds presentations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 09bad or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 09bad.

Limitation of Liability

The 09bad platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 09bad makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 09bad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of betting opportunity resulting from technical downtime or market suspension.

09bad's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 09bad's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Responsible Gaming

09bad is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and starts to feel compulsive or problematic, Players are encouraged to make use of the tools available within their Account settings.

The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous platform activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period the Account cannot be used to place Wagers or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for permanent self-exclusion, which closes your Account indefinitely and prevents re-registration for a minimum of five (5) years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

Privacy & Data Protection

09bad collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 09bad includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, contact details, device and IP address information, payment method details, and betting and gaming transaction history. This data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where applicable, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

09bad employs TLS 1.3 encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the platform, and stores sensitive data in encrypted form on secure servers. 09bad will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments & Termination

09bad reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 09bad will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the 09bad platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.

09bad may terminate access to the platform for any Player at any time where it determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, to other Players, or to 09bad's legal or compliance obligations. In the event of termination for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the Player, any real-money Balance held in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of online gaming law and fair play standards as commonly applied by internationally recognised gaming platforms. The governing language of these Terms is English; in the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 09bad regarding the outcome of a Wager, the settlement of a transaction, or the application of these Terms, the Player should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 09bad support. 09bad will respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days of receipt and will endeavour to resolve disputes within thirty (30) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy. The mediation shall be conducted in English and shall take place in a mutually agreed neutral forum.
